Mr. Lee Kah Wai, a Great Eastern Insurance Crew with more than 10 years of working experience, believes that the era has changed. He remarks, 'I think our parents were looking for jobs with good potential and benefits. But nowadays, people prefer to start their own businesses themselves.’



Mr Louis, 29, a Great Eastern Insurance Crew: ‘Most jobs don’t pay back as much as your effort given. It better to work hard for yourself, instead of the other.’



Paul Low, 42, a community project person incharge, he has been started to attend different event since 2018 mentioned: ‘Because people are now going for small business. For me, I am taking this as a learning process, exposing ourselves to new things.’



Cik Mufuza, 36, a well-experienced customer service worker worked in 4 different international company describe: ‘And now, I think online sales also compete with physical sales. Because some people still prefer physical shopping, another one is people need side hustle also to satisfy their needs.’



Ivan Chok, 19, a fresh graduate of secondary academic fragrance specialist: ‘I personally don’t like to work for other people. And by starting a business from here, we are able to bear the small failure. As I was still young, I preferred to try out different things.’



Ong Tay Jing Ming, 23, a fresh graduate BISHH Crew with of Mass Communication: ‘Young adults like to know new people and enjoy the interaction with each other.’
